Teri ‘Cricket’ Owens RN, BSN, MS, received her 1987 Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago and worked for 28 years as an ICU/ER RN. She earned a Masters' Equivalent Degree in Herbal and Chinese Medicine from the Chicago College of Healing Arts in 2004. Teri is the founder of EcoKids, co-founder of Laughing Lady Bug Botanicals, a web-based company, and founding Organizer of the Midwest Herb Fest.
