Mary-Margaret has been in the field of early childhood education since 1976. Her experience includes teaching, center director, and QRIS work in the state of Virginia as one of the first rater/mentors. She has worked with Early Head Start as a consultant, and used the CLASS in many child care settings including FCC. Mary-Margaret has presented at state, local and national conferences and is a certified trainer and observer on the CLASS Infant, Toddler, PK and K-3 measure.
