Sarah Hadden

Sarah has been in the field of early education and care for 35 years. Over the years, she has held various positions including teacher, mentor teacher, coach, trainer, researcher, and teacher educator. For the past sixteen years, her work has focused specifically on helping early childhood professionals enhance the quality and responsivity of their interactions with children. She is currently the Senior Advisor, Research and Professional Services, at Teachstone and is an active member of Teachstone’s workgroup on the use of CLASS in Family Child Care. She has conducted numerous conference and pre-conference sessions for organizations such as NAEYC, NHSA, and NAEYC PLI. Sarah has also conducted trainings at the local, state, and national level to audiences ranging from family child care providers to federal officials. She is also well versed in the use of CLASS in Head Start, Early Head Start, and Quality Improvement Rating Systems.
