Jahi Davis

Jahi B. Davis, MBA has worked in the areas of finance, lending and business practices for 20 years. He was the national trainer for a Fortune 500 company where he participated in numerous trainings focused on how to meet the educational needs of adult learners. This included adult learning theories, preparing and delivering effective and meaningful presentations to adults and other topics designed to deliver high quality sessions that are meaningful to the adult learners participating in the session. He led work in Washington, DC that focused on improving the business practices for 12 Family Childcare Homes. The support provided included:training the Providers to use Accounting Software as the Financial Management System for the small business, writing a Business Plan to position the owner of the Family Childcare Home to receive a Forgivable Loan to increase the number of children served and improve the quality of the learning environment. He has been a co-presenter on topics related to business, finance and lending connected to a continuous quality improvement plan designed to create, sustain and grow a thriving Early Childhood Education business.
