I have been in the field of Early Care and Learning, for over 10 years. I have a Masters degree in Early childhood education, 11 years ago I began my journey in childcare as a toddler teacher and since then I have serve in many different positions: Prek- Lead teach, Daycare Director, Child Development Specialist for Early Head Start, Family Childcare Provider, Professional Development Specialist for Augusta University resource and referral agency. I am also a PLC facilitator for a group of family childcare providers and I just received My coaching certification for my state. I currently work as an independent trainer and coach for childcare centers and family childcare.
