I am a Family Home licensed Center for 24 years. I’m accredited with NAFCC. I have my Associates Degree in Transfer Studies, emphasis in ECE. I am a Consultant with Alive & Well in which I facilitate trainings to various sized groups on Trauma Awareness, Self Care and Community Support. I have been selected as the regions PBS Early Learning Champion. My local news station supports my goals to build my professional development and my goals to support the Early Learning Educators in building their personal goals and professional goals. I also am a qualified trainer in MO in which I have conducted professional development trainings to staff of Centers and they have received state clock hours approved by state. I am Co-founder of S.T.A.R.(staff coaching, training, advocacy, resources for the Early Educators Inc. My co-founder presents along with me, who also has over 20 years ECE experience and a state approved trainer.
