Carla brings 35+ yrs of ERISA experience & development of ESOP compliance procedures & tools to address regulatory requirements, covering broad corporate strategies of ownership transition, plan design/implementation, compliance, tax, benefits, and communications. She is an active member of NCEO & serves on the National TEA Admin Advisory Committee & an Officer of the New South Chapter. She is a frequent speaker and author. Her degree is in Economics from UCSB w/ post-grad studies from Wharton & Golden Gate.
