	<span style="font-size:16px;">While getting people back to work is crucial for a devastated economy, initiatives that incentivize employers to hire ex-offenders, in addition to regulations that limit applicant information present their own unique challenges for employers in providing safe workplaces. In this session, we will review various laws and regulations, including Ban the Box and Bans on Pre-Employment Marijuana Testing, and how to best ensure compliance. We will also discuss best practices and actionable steps to minimize the risks associated with negligent hiring claims.</span></span></p>
