In departmental research administration, the mantra that &quot;the only thing constant is change&quot; embodies both the ongoing challenges and the natural ebb and flow of departmental activity. A leader in this space is often tasked with setting expectations navigating the shifting waters of regulations and managing work and organizational culture -- all of which can be exhilarating and exhausting! Being an effective change agent is an art. This session will discuss how to approach upcoming change prioritizing organizational changes and wins communicating expectations and evaluating progress and navigating potential roadblocks.<br />

- Participants will be encouraged to share questions and challenges that they are facing as they explore and lead productive and successful change in your organizations.<br />
