	Faith-oriented workers not only seek to &ldquo;bring their best self to work&rdquo; but to &ldquo;bring their best work to their job&rdquo; and marketplace in ways that integrate their personal faith and values and work life. This workshop explores in the context of several real-life work situations what resources are needed and helpful in translating faith values into ethical propositions, which then can be brought into conversation with an employer&rsquo;s ethical policies or value statements.<br />
