DESCRIPTION:In this interactive session, participants will have the opportunity to get up and get moving while the peer wellness coaches demonstrate physical activities that are safe for all fitness levels, with modifications for different abilities, that you can utilize in your own routine and share with your clients for stress management and wellness.
