DESCRIPTION:The American educational system is broken, evidenced by the difficulties our students face while following the traditional system of learning. In this panel discussion, we'll have three outstanding homeschool leaders discuss their experiences and views on how the homeschool community can affect the necessary changes. Meet SJ Barakony, CMA and founder of Service Before Leadership, a company that exists to fill in the gaps and root issues which exist in the traditional model of education by training students to find a path to excellence in the Entrepreneurial world. Our second panelist is Homeschool.com's own Rebecca Kochenderfer, co-founder of the site, and author of the book Homeschooling and Loving It! Rebecca has homeschooled for over 20 years and is a leader in the homeschool community. Finally, our third panelist is Dr. Jamie Gaddy, a college professor and a homeschool mom of six children. Jamie is a proponent of individualized education and has developed a distance learning program at the college level.<br />
