If your event requires multiple simultaneous sessions, we can help. Sometimes it is necessary to fit more sessions than hours into the day. It could be for topic's sake, experience level, or anything else really. The point is, vConferenceOnline can do it and we make it easy for your attendees to navigate. Multiple "tracks" (a term taken from traditional in-person conferences) allows for simultaneous play-out of session to your attendees.

WHAT THIS FEATURE DOES FOR YOU
With multiple tracks of sessions going on at once, you can offer your attendees a wide variety of topics and coverage. There is something for everyone! The vConferenceOnline platform lobby shows the attendees their current and upcoming options for different sessions and easy links to those session rooms, just like an in-person event! With the added benefit of On Demand viewing, your attendees will be able to watch as many sessions as they like, even if they couldn't attend the scheduled version.

USE CASE EXAMPLE
A well-known church needed to host multiple levels of sessions including limited participation based on the access pass that was purchased by the attendees. We offered multiple levels of participation via tracks that were clearly displayed to all but we also required further purchase to access them if they did not already hold the proper access. This was a great way to up-sell their attendees into more content by making the premium sessions available. Multiple tracks also served the purpose of organizing a large amount of content.
