Martha Hernandez-Martinez

Martha Hernandez-Martinez, MPA, serves as a research/ program manager, national training and technical assistance provider.  Her research interests include prevention of intimate partner violence and sexual violence in Latin@ communities and other historically marginalized communities; community engagement in research; community development; equity. 
She is originally from Managua-Nicaragua, where she holds a License in Psychology from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua.  Martha also holds a Master in Public Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota.   Martha’s professional goal is to expand community evidence based practice and to translate social research into policy and practice.
