Temika Holland?has over 10 years of experience conducting usability and cognitive evaluations of government surveys and forms at the Census Bureau. She has a Master of Science degree in Survey Methodology. Her research interests are online data collection methods and using advance technologies (e.g. eye tracking) to inform design.
